Wuyi Rock Tea
This rich oolong has the sweet aroma of baking goods and a smooth flavour. It is harvested from the rocky outcrops of Wuyishan and then allowed to ferment until it reaches the height of flavour and aroma. Finally, it is pan-fried to halt the oxidisation process.
The leaf appears black when dry but turns deep green once infused, providing a much darker oolong than most.
Wuyi Rock Tea is especially noted for its high quality due to the environment in which it grows. Wuyishan or Wuyi Mountain is high above the pollution levels and boasts clear waters, fertile soil and green mountainsides.

Ti Kuanyin

Ti Kuanyin or Iron Goddess of Mercy tea is one of the most famous oolong teas in the world. Oolongs are semi-fermented teas (black teas are fermented, green teas are unfermented) and there is much skill involved in their preparation and processing. Literally translated, oolong means Black Dragon and these teas are highly sought after for their depth of flavour, fully developed aroma and digestive properties. Oolong teas are often marketed as “weight loss” teas, as they aid digestion. Our oolong is grown in the famous Wuyi Mountain in China.
This tea is self-drinking, meaning no additives (such as milk or sugar) are recommended.
