Snow Dragon

Also referred to as Jasmine Silver Spirals, this beautiful, delicate tea is made from jasmine infused leaf buds. Each down covered bud is hand rolled into the spiral shape and gently unfurls as it infuses. The taste is very light and crisp with a natural sweetness that is accentuated by the addition of jasmine. To prepare, simply place 4-5 spirals in a cup of hot (not boiling) water and watch as they open. Due to the high quality of this tea, it can be re-infused a number of times, by merely topping up your cup with hot water. No straining is required as the buds will remain in their whole leaf form and settle near the base of your cup.

Tuocha Pu’erh Birds’ Nests
Also referred to as Polee tea bricks, pu-erh usually comes in much larger bricks – often up to 8 or 10 kilograms in weight. World Par-Tea has sourced these little birds’ nests – perfect for home or office use.
Made from wide leaf tea and compressed into bricks, pu-erh were once used as a form of currency and are considered to improve with age, much like a fine wine.
Simply place a single nest into your teapot and allow to brew into a deep red liquor with an earthy aroma and bold flavour.
